Q1. I don't know how to use coupons.

A. When you proceed to purchase, the following screen will appear.
Click on enter coupon.

The screen will change to this one.
Please enter the issued coupon in the coupon code section.

Please note that even if you post a coupon code in the notes section, it will not be applied.


Q2. I did not receive the order confirmation email.
My email inquiry is not returned.

Q3. Is gift wrapping possible?
Please do not include anything whose price is known.

A.Wrapping is possible for +550 yen.
If you add a gift box, we will remove the tag and wrap it for you.
In that case, please select "Add Gift Box" above the purchase button.


Q4. I would like to return or exchange a swimsuit or mask.

A.Since it comes into contact with your skin, we cannot exchange sizes. Please check the size before purchasing. Also, if you are in a store, you can try it on over your underwear, so please make your purchase in-store.

Q5. I would like to change the registered address.

Q6. How should I wash it? Can I put it in the dryer?
A.When washing, please put it in a laundry net.
Also, using a dryer may cause the logo or print to peel off.
Please absolutely quit.

Q7.Can I issue a receipt?
Yes, it is possible.
After receiving the shipping notification, you will be able to download it from My Page.

Q8. I placed an order on Friday, but the item has not arrived as of Monday.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
We would appreciate your understanding as the item will be shipped on Monday.
Unfortunately, due to the large number of orders we receive, shipping may take some time after the sale date.
