This body shaping lesson helps you rediscover the "enchanting sensation" of your body in your daily life.
The theme is not about "becoming someone else" or an "extraordinary, non-daily experience," but rather a "small reward" of body time that participants can incorporate into their everyday lives.
Through four sensations - "touching," "noticing," "moving," and "recalling" - we provide time to become aware of your body's comfort.

・Draw-in (approx. 5 minutes): Activate abdominal inner muscles using breath.
・Hip Training (approx. 10 minutes): Hip training using bodyweight, suitable for beginners.
・Core Exercise (approx. 5 minutes): Core training focused on abdominal muscles.
・Stretching (approx. 5 minutes): Stretching to soothe used muscles.
・Talk (approx. 5 minutes): Mini talk on body sensation and body line creation.
