Thank you for your continued support of CRONOS.
We have received multiple reports of fake accounts impersonating CRONOS and CRONOS-related personnel, sending direct messages (DMs) claiming things like "Would you like to become a CRONOS ambassador?" and attempting to lure users to external websites.
Furthermore, we have confirmed the existence of accounts impersonating CRONOS not only on Instagram but also on multiple other social media platforms and services, such as TikTok and LINE.
Our company is in no way involved with these fake accounts or any external websites that have no affiliation with CRONOS.
Please be aware of suspicious DMs and accounts
If you receive a message from an account claiming to be CRONOS regarding ambassador appointments, modeling opportunities, or PR projects, please verify the sender's account.
In particular, please exercise extreme caution regarding the following types of communication:
・Receiving an unexpected invitation to become an ambassador from an account claiming to be CRONOS
・Being directed via DM to an external website that is not the official CRONOS website
・Being directed to a different service or account, such as LINE
・Being asked to enter personal information or credit card details
・Being asked to purchase products or make financial payments
If you receive a suspicious DM, please do not access the provided URL, reply, enter any personal or credit card information, or purchase any products or make any payments.
Additionally, if you are followed or receive a DM from a fake account, please block and report the account on the respective social media platform.
About the official CRONOS website and social media accounts

If we discover new fake accounts or suspicious solicitations in the future, we will provide updates on our official website and official social media accounts as necessary.
