Since the TRP-01 is an electrically assisted bicycle, wearing a helmet is a voluntary obligation.

The TRP-01's battery is removable.
The battery can be charged whether it is attached or removed.

Bicycles may be ridden on sidewalks as long as they meet the conditions set out in the Road Traffic Act.

<Conditions for riding on sidewalks>
・When there is a sign indicating that bicycles can be used on normal sidewalks. ・When a child under 13 years old, a senior over 70 years old, or a physically disabled person is driving. ・When road construction, etc. makes it difficult to ride on the left side of the road and it is unavoidable for safety reasons.

*Please check the regulations of each prefecture and use the service safely.

Our products are not completely waterproof.
It is possible to travel for short periods in light rain without puddles, but for safety reasons we do not recommend riding on wet or rough roads.
Also, please refrain from storing the product in places where it may be exposed to rain or extreme temperature changes, as this may cause it to break down.
Also, if the display becomes extremely wet due to heavy rain, water will seep into the LCD and cause damage.

Even if you do not use the battery for a long period of time, charge it at least once every two months.
If the battery is not charged for a long period of time, it may become over-discharged and unable to be charged.
In such cases, the product warranty will not apply.

The following reasons may be possible:
・If the battery is overloaded, the protection function may be activated and the power may be cut off. Please remove the battery and then reinsert it.
- Check that the wiring connector is not loose.

The tire air pressure for the TRP-01 is 200kPa (2.0ber) for both the front and rear wheels.
We recommend using an air pump with a US-style valve and tire gauge.
Tire pressure is a daily inspection item. Please refer to the instruction manual for how to check.

Please check if the charger cable is plugged in properly.
If the charger light does not turn green after you plug the charger into the outlet, the charger may be faulty.
If the charger light does not change from green to red while charging, the aircraft may be malfunctioning.
